Our packages do require signatures. In the case that you are not there to sign a couple attempts will be made and then Canada Post will let you know the closest pick -up location in your area. If the items are left unclaimed for 15 days they will be shipped back to Elegant Embrace Lingerie.

For people in the Vancouver, Surrey and Langley area we offer free shipping. If you would like to see if this option is available to you. Please email us at info@elegantembracelingerie.com before placing your order.

Please note that we cannot change payment method,orders or cancel an order once it has been processed. If You would like to add more items once your order has been processed you will need to place another order. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order.

Returns:

We hope that you’re happy with your purchase but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with our products. We will offer an exchange or return on your items as long as they are unworn and in its original packaging and the tags are still attached.

Should you wish to return any of items the following terms apply:
We are happy to issues an exchange or refund but it must be within 14 days from when you receive the items. Return items in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. All items must be unworn and in good condition.

Non-Returnable items:

Due to Hygiene standards of certain items we will not be able to except returns on these items panties, teddies, bodysuits, hosiery, and garters.  The enclosed invoice must be filled out and returned with the items. Please use the enclosed address labels when returning the items.
We will not be held responsible for package that is lost in transit. We recommend that you send it by registered mail and retain a proof of purchase.
We will notify you as soon as the return or exchange has been processed. The costs of returning the item will be at the customers own expense.
We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the above policy is not followed. Items will be refunded via payment that was made on the original purchase.
